I am delighted to announce details for this year’s FA Charter Standard Club Awards. This Awards programme is only open to clubs who have achieved FA Charter Standard Club status.

NOMINATIONS
To nominate your club, or individual please complete the nomination form (if you wish to nominate in more than one category, please photocopy the number you require).
Please return your completed nomination form to me by FRIDAY 16th MAY 2008.
COUNTY AWARDS
Herefordshire award winners will be announced at the end of May and will be nominated for FA West Midlands Regional awards.
Winning Clubs will receive the following:
County: FA Charter Standard Club Pennants (Winners announced after 30th May 2008).
Regional: a plaque and a £100 Umbro voucher (Winners announced after 30th June 2008).
National: £300 Umbro Voucher, plaque and an invite to an formal presentation. (Winners announced after 30th July 2008).
