Female Coach Mentoring Progamme

Herefordshire forms part of the West Midlands Female Coach Development Programme set up in 2007. The aim of the programme is to provide a support mechanism for existing Female Level 1 Coaches who are given a dedicated Coach Mentor who is an existing Level 2, 3 or A Licence Coach.

Mentors are tasked with supporting the Female Coaches in order for them to progress and develop their preparation, delivery and overall coaching skills throughout their involvement in the programme.

NOMINATIONS FOR 2010 PROGRAMME ARE NOW BEING TAKEN!

2010 - We are now looking for female coaches (mentees) and male or female coaches (mentors) to be part of the 2010 programme.

Further information can be downloaded in the related documents section, so if you are interested in being a Mentee and gaining your Level 2 or you are already a Level 2 coach who wants to impart and share your knowledge and experience with others, please have a look!

Deadline for applications is Saturday 23rd January 2010.

All Female Coaches involved in the programme will be expected to achieve their Level 2 Certifcate in Coaching Football and continue their delivery back at their Charter Standard Girls and Women's Clubs.
