Please find attached the Application Form for the Referees Training Course.
Please complete the form and return it to the Herefordshire F.A. together with the course fee.
The course is a practical weekend with training and coaching techniques delivered primarily on the field of play.
On receipt of your application form and fee, I will then confirm your place on the course and send you a pre-Course Study Booklet and Frequently Asked Questions. This will be sent by e-mail if you have internet access.
You will note that there are two dates for a Safeguarding Children in Football Workshops. Please indicate which workshop you can attend. It is mandatory that you attend a Safeguarding Children in Football, in order to be a registered referee.
