The competition took place at Hereford Leisure Centre on Saturday 24th May and involved 4 teams from across the County.
Hereford Pegasus Ladies set their mark early on in the first game with a 2v0 lead over Team Chase. Team Chase however eventually got into their stride and played some impressive futsal and the game eventually finished 2v2. Pegasus then went on to overcome a resistant Herefordshire Council Team 11v0 and Malvern Town 4v0.
With Team Chase and Pegasus Ladies finishing equal on points after all game had been completed, a playoff game was required to decide the overall champions and the team to represent the County in Sheffield.
Both teams played some exceptional futsal involving neat one:twos plus the GK's played their role in keeping the scoring to a minimum - the final result being 5v3 to Hereford Pegasus.
