 SAFEGUARDING REPORTING FORM

Herefordshire Football Association want all children and young people in the county to have a positive footballing experience. If you’re not happy with something that you have seen or that has happened to you, we would like you to let us know so that we can help you.

To help you think about the experience you have playing football, and whether you are enjoying it or maybe would like to change something about football we have created the "HFA Hat-trick". Why not take 5 minutes to sit down and complete the Hat-trick, if there is something bad you have seen or want changed then please share your hat-trick with us using the email address below!

Complete the HFA Hat-trick now

If there is something you don't like about football or that is bothering you, it is important that you can tell someone that you trust like your parents, a family member, carer, teacher or even your club welfare officer.
