Help one of our local clubs

Ross Juniors Football Club are in with a great chance of securing funding to purchase dugouts, or small shelters, for the younger members of the club to use. They now need your help with votes.

These shelters will benefit all junior teams that visit Ross Juniors Football Club over the coming seasons.

They have been nominated for a OneFamily community award and need people to vote for them. Voting closes on September 6th, and if they are successful the £5,000 would be used to buy the shelters which would be constructed on site. Wheels would enable the shelters to be moved from pitch to pitch to shelter the children playing.

Ross juniors need your help!

In the winter months the children have to play in all conditions and the discomfort of the substitutes, who have to sit on the side lines in driving rain and cold is very evident. Some younger children have been put off football due to winter conditions and the shelters would help introduce more boys and girls in Ross-on-Wye, and the surrounding area, to the sport.
