Soccercise - £150 Raised for Breast Cancer Care

26 Girls and Women attended the charity Soccercise session on Wednesday 11th May which was in aid of Breast Cancer Care.

Tom Mason from the HFA and Ben Harwood from the Point4 organised and delivered the session which turned out to be a big hit. Feedback from the participants was very positive and the support for the charity was brilliant.

Soccercise will be delivered once a week at the Point4 and the sessions will take place on Wednesday evenings from 7-8pm. The first session attended will be FREE and then is £4 per session afterwards.

What is Soccercise?

“It is an adaptable aerobics class using a football and is aimed at ladies of all levels of fitness – even if you are a complete beginner! You don’t have to be a footballer to take part in this alternative way of keeping fit and healthy.”
