HFA Customer Satisfaction Survey 2021-22

As the governing body of football within Herefordshire, our responsibility is to lead, support and protect the development and sustainability of the game in our region. Working together with our local clubs and building strong, positive, relationships with our customers is a vital part of our work, and the way we are perceived by and communicate with our customers is a key part of this.

Herefordshire FA (HFA) supports an incredible grassroots football community of Leagues, Match Officials, clubs, coaches, players, volunteers and parents and strives to provide a safe and fun environment for all.

To support the continued development of our services to all and supporting the excellent work clubs and Leagues continue to do year after year, the Herefordshire FA is undertaking a period of consultation with a Customer Satisfaction Survey with participants from across the County area to gauge the views and opinions on the type of support that we have, or should provide on a local level when supporting clubs in achieving their ambitions.  We are, therefore wishing to hear from you!

To kick off this consultation, we are asking clubs, Match Officials, players over the age of 16 years of age, volunteers and parents to complete our short Customer Satisfaction Survey with the results helping us to further develop our plans locally.

Your views and opinions will be used to ensure we continue to provide you with the best possible experience at grassroots level within Herefordshire.

All responses received will be anonymous, so please answer the questions as openly and as honestly as you can.
