Thank you to everyone who submitted responses to the Herefordshire FA’s inaugural Customer Satisfaction Survey. Your participation has been greatly appreciated.

The Survey has now closed and the process of collating and analysing the responses is underway. The findings will be published in due course and will be shared publicly. We’ll also include our plans for change that have been aided by your feedback.

In total 24 responses were received, which included 11 individuals who provided their e-mail addresses enabling them all to be entered into the Prize Draw.

Following the closure of the Survey on 31 August, the Prize Draw took place on 8 September, when the Herefordshire FA’s CEO, Alan Darfi, randomly selected Chris Howells as the winner of the £50.00 Amazon Gift Card. Chris is currently the Assistant Manager of the Ross Juniors Under 11’s Colts team. So many congratulations goes to Chris.
