Herefordshire FA statement on the opening of our new AGP

Further to recent and ongoing speculation regarding the delay in the opening of our brand-new artificial grass pitch at the County Ground, we would like to make it clear that we are doing everything within our control to get the pitch open as soon as possible.

Solicitors for both the Association and Hereford Lads Club are working actively to resolve the legalities which would enable use of the pitch for Lads Club and the grassroots football community. This is ongoing and we hope to have some positive news soon.

As an organisation we are committed to delivering on the community usage plan that we have in place and are looking forward to seeing the pitch in use throughout the week all year round.
