Herefordshire FA is seeking to recruit a Referee Development Officer, with the responsibility of developing the referee workforce across Herefordshire. The successful applicant will need to be passionate about and committed to the development of referees. They will need experience of refereeing and/or referee development, along-side excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to positively influence at varying levels. Applicants must have a proven track record of working with and developing a volunteer workforce. The individual must be able to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
