Following on from the announcement of the HFA Club Support Package earlier this week, clubs can now apply for up to £200.00 from the Herefordshire FA Club Support Fund.
After consulting with clubs at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, it became apparent that the major concern for clubs in Herefordshire was financial and the associated challenges that comes with a loss of income. In response to this, Herefordshire FA have launched the Club Support Fund as a means of providing financial support to as many local affiliated clubs as possible.
Herefordshire clubs are able to apply for up to £200.00 to help them prepare for the upcoming season and overcome some of the challenges they face due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is hoped the funding will contribute to ensuring football clubs in Herefordshire can continue to provide important community opportunities once normal activity resumes.
Football clubs affiliated to Herefordshire FA can submit applications for the Club Support Fund up until 4pm on Tuesday 30th June. To submit an application please download an application form below, familiarise yourselves with the criteria and return completed forms to info@HerefordshireFA.com.
The Club Support Fund forms part of the wider HFA Club Support Package which was confirmed on Tuesday 12th May 2020.
