HFA release 3-year strategy
With its previous strategy running from 2018 – 2021, the HFA is delighted to release details of a new 3-year strategy.
In a first for the organisation, the strategy is being released publicly, with a yearly report confirmed to ensure that progress is monitored.
Stephen Willmot, HFA Chair said
‘’The HFA Board is delighted to release what is an ambitious strategy for the next three years.
As we continue to emerge from the challenges of the covid pandemic, it is great to see football in such good shape in the County.
Many thanks go to everyone from across the game that has contributed to this strategy, which gives clear direction in terms of how we will ensure football continues to go from strength to strength, through delivering 4 key goals’’
Alan Darfi, HFA CEO said
‘’I am a big believer that every forward-thinking organisation should have a clear strategy, to ensure that it remains focused on delivering its key objectives.
I think this has certainly been achieved in this document, with the 4 key goals of developing, growing, supporting and administering the game, creating, championing and facilitating safe and inclusive football environments, strengthening the CFA business to be an inspirational, sustainable and trusted leader and managing the investment into and development of facilities providing clear direction for the HFA, to ensure that we continue to support and grow the game that we all love.
I’m really looking forward to working with the team to deliver this strategy for the benefit of football in Herefordshire, as well as the wider football community.
