Want to get involved?

We have roles within our centre that you can apply for. Below are a list of documents which detail the various roles we have in our centre. If you wish to gain experience and volunteer or want to get involved even more, please take a look at the profile of the role applicable to you.

Getting involved

With the Emerging Talent Centre, we are able to provide a number of opportunities which can cater for all experience levels.

For players, follow the link to sign up for our Talent Identification Days - HFA Hereford FC Girls Emerging Talent Centre 24/25 Sign Up Form (smartsheet.com)

Our coaching roles will be directly working with the teams, having a head and assistant coach per team which are both paid.

We have a Mentee Coach role, who is voluntary and will provide additional support to the players/teams. This is a good way to get into coaching and learn from the coaches at the centre.

We have a Goalkeeper Coach, in Allan Hawkins, however if you wish to gain experience as a Goalkeeper Coach then we have a great opportunity for you to work alongside Allan.

In addition to this, Jo Roberson is our Strength & Conditioning Coach, again if there are people who are looking to gain experience in this field then this is a great opportunity to work alongside an experienced coach.

To apply for a coaching role, please follow the link - Coach Application (smartsheet.com)
