Football Development Assistant

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our team and make a real impact, in a newly created role as Football Development Assistant.

Herefordshire FA is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, driven and highly organised individual to provide support as a Schools Coordinator to the Herefordshire Schools FA and also to provide administrative support to the Football Development team.

The job holder will support the delivery of football in schools across Herefordshire including in the areas of development and competitions. The job holder will also provide support to the Football Development team on a range of key externally funded projects. The job holder will ensure the highest standards of customer service and process management.

This fantastic opportunity reports directly to Head of Football Development/Deputy Senior Safeguarding Lead and offers the right candidate the chance to drive a culture of excellence.

You must be able to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. You will also have experience of delivering coaching sessions.
